cambio ECU da omegas plus a omegas - sottochiave mancante

Buonasera ragazzi,
ho una fiat bravo 1.4 16v 90cavalli con impianto landi omegas plus.
la centralina omegas plus è blindata inquanto esce dalla casa fiat.
ho montato una omegas LRE194 ma non si accende il commutatore.
mi collego in centralina e riesco a configurarla, vedere i parametri ma non legge i segnali giri motore, tempi iniezione, temperatura acqua ecc.
il commutatore rimane spento.
se provo a fare una auto calibrazione mi dice segnale sottochiave mancante.
ho verificato il cablaggio ed è tutto ok, la tensione a 12v sul pin sottochiave è presente.

ho verificato che il pinout della omegas plus sia uguale a quella della omegas, tutto ok ma continua a non partire.

voi avete qualche idea?
forse sbaglio qualcosa?
